April Feshional is a character I created and performed as online. April is a parody girl boss character who has become an influencer on social media- creating 'professional' content according to the current online trends.
This project stemmed from my interest in social media culture and questioning what being professional really means.

I received a message from an old friend saying that I "really haven't changed in 10 years." This ignited an immediate curiosity in me to explore the possibility of this being true.
I wanted to explore and intertwine my old and new identity in new transformative ways, inspired by the internet and desktop culture. (2021)
Lola Loveday is another character I created and designed to promote self-love and positive messages. She was designed as part of a brief catered towards young girls; however, due to the satirical nature of her, Lola can be applied to anyone who needs a bit of motivation and a pep talk through her kitschy music video to the positive song I wrote called 'You're amazing.' Brief Briefs was a series of short experiments and projects exploring playfulness, humour and interactivity surrounding themes of my personal mental health such as OCD and Anxiety.
The three outcomes of this project was a 360 / VR Mindscape, Tiktok animations and songs, and finally an overthinking Instagram filter which has been viewed 220k+ times! (2020)
